We’re exploring the possibility of introducing biometric verification for our clients. As a small boutique firm, cost is a key factor in our decision-making. Could anyone recommend a provider they’ve had a positive experience with? Many thanks in advance.

Sorry, I realise your post is a little old now but just in case you’re still looking – we use Infotrack for all our biometric verification. When you first look at them, they appear heavily conveyancing based but their verification checks can be used for any type of matter. We pass on the cost to our clients as an expense, and Infotrack integrates with a lot of different case management software which works really well

We looked a several suppliers and like you, we decided to go with Infotrack. Our decision was based on price, functionality and the fact that it integrates with our PMS, which means we less manual input. We will be rolling this out in the next few weeks.
