We use P4W here at Barratts, the MD dealt with the cost negotiation but I can ask him about any specific issues you want answering.
One Advanced do have a tendency to charge for different add on’s that are not part of their basic cost package and they charge for individual licenses.
The system is quite easy to navigate and has an integrated case management and accounts software.
