Kerry has over 25 years’ experience as a finance professional. She is an AAT member (MAAT) and has run finance teams in a number of legal practices. More recently Kerry has set up finance functions for start-ups in the architecture and tech sectors. Her experience includes working with firms experiencing financial stress in the legal, charity and property development sectors.

Forecasting and managing cash are particular areas of expertise, as are creditor management and collections.  Sector specific skills include a detailed knowledge of the SRA Accounts Rules.  She has the ability to work with incumbent finance teams and provide the leadership and motivation to produce much improved performance.

Kerry works on an interim basis with clients where the finance team needs support, and also sets up and runs finance functions both in-house and outsourced.
