With over 22 years of experience in training, legal accounting and practice management, she is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEx) and is currently the Head of Finance & Administration (HOFA) of a CLC regulated firm where she is responsible for ensuring that the licensed body complies with the Accounts Code (rules) in the licensing rules.
Melanie is a regular commentator and public speaker on legal finance, compliance and change management topics on the Association of Legal Compliance & Accounts forum, the Social Support Team where she is instrumental in providing help and support to individuals and firms that attend.
