This online workshop explores the main provisions of the Council for Licensed Conveyancers (CLC) Accounts Code in conjunction with the detailed guidance issued by the CLC. By cutting through the jargon you will learn how to apply the accounts rules contained within the CLC Accounts Code in a practical manner ensuring that clients’ money is handled correctly. Delegates attending this workshop will quickly build a sound understanding of the CLC Accounts Code by looking at the most common compliance issues that occur in practice and the pitfalls to be avoided including problem areas such as the treatment of aged balances on client ledger accounts.

Our online workshops are delivered via Zoom. You can access the session via your computer, tablet or mobile device.

There is no requirement to attend live but we advise that you do where you can as this will be the best experience for you. Don’t forget, you can pose questions live to the trainer and join in with the interaction when you attend live. Also, be mindful that you have access to the recording for 30 days, after which, it will no longer be available.
